📍 **Getting C.E.F. Wexford ready for opening day**
This week, the Arcadian I.T. Fire & Security team were in Wexford fitting out the new C.E.F. branch ahead of its opening. We installed CCTV inside and outside the premises, alongside a wireless intruder alarm monitored 24 hours a day.
📹 **Eight Dahua cameras cover the branch.** We fitted four 6MP WizSense fixed-lens bullet cameras and four 8MP varifocal bullet cameras. The adjustable lenses let us set the field of view to suit each location, and all eight cameras feature dual illumination for night-time coverage. Footage is recorded on a Dahua Pro NVR5216-EI Max 16-channel network video recorder, with capacity for additional cameras as the branch grows.
🖥️ **Two 43-inch Dahua monitors** give staff a clear view of the camera feeds. Both are 1080p Full HD displays with built-in speakers, designed for continuous 24/7 operation.
🔐 **A RISCO LightSYS Air wireless intruder alarm** protects the premises around the clock. Door contacts detect opening, PIR sensors detect movement inside, and a wireless Panda keypad lets staff arm and disarm the system. Indoor sirens and an external wireless siren provide an audible alert, backed by 24-hour alarm monitoring.
